5. Client Work & Deliverables
Intellectual property rights for custom work produced under a client engagement are governed by the applicable Service Agreement. In the absence of a written agreement, all work product remains the exclusive property of KermaLab, Inc. until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared with KermaLab in the course of evaluating or conducting a project will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services (e.g., engaging sub-contractors under NDA).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
